These Scalextric spares Neodymium Iron Boron magnets have a gauss level which is typically 2 - 4 times higher than standard Alnico magnets. They are nickel-plated for improved corrosion resistance and appearance.

They are suitable for all slot cars; Artin, Ninco, SCX, Scalextric, SCX Scalextric, Tri-ang and many more.

These Scalextric spares Neodymium bar magnets are 12.5mm (1/2") x 7mm (1/4") x 1.5mm (1/16"). They are direct replacements for the standard magnets used on the Scalextric cars listed below.

This Scalextric spares magnet can be fitted to most Scalextric cars from the 1970 through to the 1990s to significantly improve track performance. The picture above shows one of these magnets fitted to a Scalextric Metro 6R4 chassis. Track times can be up to 5 times faster with this little addition. The magnet is secured with one drop of super glue.
