Instructions: 1. Carefully remove all traces of the existing decals from the Party Wagon. 2. Cut out your designs using a craft knife or pair of scissors. Cut carefully around the object if you do not want a white border. 3. Ensure the Party Wagon body is clean, dry and oil free. 4. Remove the backing paper from each decal and apply the new decal to the Party Wagon
