C128 BMW 3.0 CSL

This lovely Scalextric BMW 3.0 CSL model is complete and in good overall condition.

Every one of the 11 races in the 1977 European Touring Car Championship was won by a BMW CSL against competition from XJ 5.3C Jaguars. This 3.0 litre CSL BMW was new in the 1978 Scalextric range and follows the official liveries of the BMW Works team - white body shell with red and blue bands. As in the real racing world, this BMW is an ideal car to race against a Porsche 935 as both models have similar handling characteristics.

Thoroughly cleaned and serviced this BMW is fitted with new pick up braids, pick up pins and wires to the motor. The BMW has been track tested and runs extremely well with quiet smooth motor and gears. This example is in lovely condition with all the parts present and correct. The factory applied decals are in excellent condition. The tyres are in good condition with no cracks or other damage.
